Love this soap dispenser. Just make sure you have easy access to refill the soap container since it’s not a big bottle.

You don't need soap to keep this products review squeeky clean

So I bought this about 5 years ago to accompany a KRAUS kitchen faucet I bought for a relative of mine. They wanted a soap dispenser since the faucet was going to basically make 3 of the other holes redundant on the stainless steel sink. This seemed pretty good and it was made by the same company so figured what the hey. Well after all this time it still gets used regularly and seems to work just fine. My relative is very happy with it and has not seen any problems with it. Refills it periodically with a type of hand dish soap so people use it to wash their hands sometimes not just for washing dishes. There really isn't anything more to say about it, it has worked great for 5 years without any problems so you shouldn't have any problems with it as long as you installed it correctly (which should be pretty easy from what I remember).

Nicely made by too stiff

Bought for my wife's office. Seems well put together and nicely finished. However the pump action was extremely stiff so it was returned.

Not the same as earlier versions

I was having to replace a soap dispenser from our Kraus sink set that we purchased over ten years ago and was beginning to rust out. Although this one looks the same online, it was not. The dispensing tube is much narrow and shorter and the stainless steel is different color from the faucet and original dispenser. It is probably something we will get used to over time, but still frustrating to pay much more than alternatives and still not have a good match with previous Kraus products. Also, the shipped dispenser also did not have the Kraus logo on it like it shows on the Kraus website for the same model number. Not sure what is going on there.

Works as Expected

Other than the fact that the Kraus website, the packaging instructions and the Amazon description all disagree as to the hole size to drill... this dispenser works fine. I used a 1-1/8" hole saw and had no issues. The dispenser looks good and so far has been reliable.

Stop using the tiny plastic bottle people!

Seems well made easy enough to install for all the people complaining about the “tiny bottle” you shouldn’t even be using it it’s 2022 they sell a hose that goes directly into any size bottle I refill mine literally like once ever year or so

This soap dispenser was purchased to replace an old dispenser. It was easy to install and works perfectly. The quality is excellent, we are really happy, thanks.

Beautiful stainless steel finish

Surprised at the quality of this soap dispenser. Super easy to install comes with a nice washer. Replaced and older one which I'd have to take out with a set of plyers to fill up the soap everytime. On top of that I'd have to pump it a couple times for anything to come out. This one works on the first pump and has a really good feel to it. Highly recommend it!

Colour doesn’t match exactly the gold kraus faucet

I bought this to match my kraus faucet in gold. The gold on the soap dispenser matches but after few days it changes to a darker colour even after replacement. Overall the product is good so far.
