Used it for 5 months and brought it in for the winrter now pubp does not work.

Very nice fountain, but in the photo there is a great deal of green, to look like moss. Mine arrived with almost no green. It is too brown. It does work well and the lights are nice and bright. Just wish it looked the the picture.

Lovely fountain but was sent a used one

I guess I received a previously used fountain. When I took it out of the box, the tubing was black and discolored and doesn’t fit the pump snug. Also, there is no switch on the pump to increase or decrease the flow of water as the directions state. It’s a lovely fountain and I’d like it replaced with an actual new one with the pump they had the water flow option.

Good purchase.

The media could not be loaded. It just looks good. I'm satisfied with it. I placed rocks under each waterfall to soften up the waterfall sound and it's suitable for my bedroom. I will use distilled water for this so it doesn't get build up.

Great fountain

Unlike many other fountains this one feels rock solid and very stable. Even with high flow volume no water spits out. The look is amazing. The lights shine up through the water onto the walls of the mini caves and have a rippling effect really highlighting the flowing water. With a few vines, fairies and fairy lights you quickly have a piece that everyone who see's it must get a closer look. I highly recommend this fountain.

Beautiful!!

Beautiful and easy to set up. I replaced one that just splashed too much water outside of the fountain. This one is beautiful and does not splash. Very happy with it.
