Excellent craftsmanship and Value

This statue was absolutely beautiful. Strong enough to withstand the weather, but light enough to move. Wonderful detail. Packed very safely and arrived with no damage, unlike many if the packages I receive. After comparison shopping, this statue was competitively priced. Excellent value!

It's EXACTLY as pictured, maybe better in person

I was so excited when this arrived. I actually thought it wasn't going to look or be anything like the picture. I am glad to say...I WAS WRONG. It is better! It's beautifully crafted, sturdy and heavy. I can't imagine putting this outside...but there is a note in the package that explains how to take care of it if you do. I am SOOOO happy with it...it gives me goosebumps. I am tempted to gift the same statue to family.

Great addition to my flower garden

The statue is beautifully made. It is a wonderful addition to my small flower garden and bird bath. It brings me lots of peace when I am sitting out enjoying it. Am hoping a storm does not harm the statute; however, I think it would have to be some heavy winds ir tree limbs.

mostly good, but smaller than advertised

It's 26.5", not 28." The craftsmanship is noticeably poorer on the hands and feet, than the rest of the sculpture. The fingers are 40-50% longer than they should be. They look goofy, if you pay much attention to them.

Good Shepherd statue

This is a beautiful, well modelled statue at an excellent price. Although made of resin it looks more like stone or marble, but obviously isn't as heavy. Having said that, it looks as if it will stand up to the wind as it is on a rectangular base. Although ours is for garden use it would look equally good as a large indoor ornament. The shepherd's crook is separate and slides easily into the hand, probably to prevent damage when removing it from the packaging which was a snug fit. The statue comes in a formed polystyrene box inside a close fitting cardboard box which protected it well in transit. We are delighted with it.

Great statue of Christ

It looks a bit metallic in the picture but it's actually a stone look. The shepherd's crook is a metal bar that you slide into the hand, then into a hole. Fast delivery, ordered Saturday and arrived Monday morning. Well packaged in a rectangular cardboard box in which the statue was encased in polystyrene so it was well protected.
