Ordered used, part of it broke during shipping

I bought a previously owned one - figured we’d save a few bucks and give the item a new home. It was shipped with a single bag of plastic around it and some of those bubble packs loosely. At first glance the item was fine, but after I tried to open the bag around it, found that part of the cloak has been broken - there’s now a cavern in the material. I still intend to display the item, but I now have to repair it somehow. I dunno who thought those loose bubbles would protect it sufficiently, but feel like the couple of dollars saved buying it used is not enough to compensate for the trouble of having to figure out how to patch up my poor used-new shelf addition. Had I known it would be shipped so poorly, I would’ve just ordered a new one that likely would have been in a box padded with form-fitting foam. I was so excited to get it, but now am just mildly disappointed and annoyed. I suppose when I patch it, I can claim it adds character, but I really liked the look of it undamaged. I’m not super savvy with the kind of mediums that will be able to patch it either, so this small imperfection is now going to be a bit of a headache. Seriously - when sending out items like this, why would you only rely on loose bubbles to protect it? The item was at the bottom of the box, flush against the cardboard. I’m just happy and lucky that seems to be the only ruined spot; it could’ve been a lot worse. Usually I’m all for buying used, but this experience will make me rethink such purchases in the future. I didn’t save THAT much buying it used - maybe a couple bucks.

Look at this absolute unit.

Snagged for Halloween; staying year-round. This thing is surprisingly heavier than you'd assume for the price—at least, that's how it was for me. I expected some difficulties with finding a place for it, in fear that it could be easily jostled or instantly be swept off by a slight bump. Luckily, that has yet to be an issue. A perfect, sturdy little unit of neutral gothic decore. Would absolutely make a great gift year-round, too.

Reaper Creeper

We bought this to add to our Halloween decorations but the quality is so high that he will stay out year-round. I'd love to have a much larger version! Highly recommended!

My Nazgul bud

I love this guy! He looks like a Ringwraith to me, so he's part of my little Lord of the Rings display on my bookshelf. Just sits on the edge of the shelf like he's having a rest from ring-hunting and screeching.
