Shade is creased

I don't want to return the lamps, I like the lamps, I am just not happy that one of the shades has a crease in it. There is no way to contact the seller to see about a replacement. Is there anyway to get Ashley to just replace the one shade??

Love the look of these lamps, but the weighting is off

I love how these look in my living room, lots of compliments, and exactly my style. So my excitement over these was pretty great. However, my biggest complaint is they are weighted all wrong. The bottom is too light, and the top is too heavy, so they tip over *really* easily. Really, it would not have been difficult to add some sand or something to the bottom of the vase part of the lamp to fix the center of gravity and keep them from being knock over SO easily. As it it, the center of gravity is way to high for it to be even remotely stable. I've had them 3 months and my kids have already managed to break them both after knocking them over without much effort at all. I am sad because I just don't know how many more times I can superglue the dang things back together, and now the lamp shades won't sit level. I may end up pulling them totally apart, adding weights to the inside, and the reassembling.

A little disappointed

I think the construction of my pair missed a step in the “0mbre paint” process…. (See photo compare along with advertising images.) And there’s only 1switch/but clicks three times/not three clicks allowing for different illumination settings…..a little disappointing at 108$…..I was so excited to receive these as the color palette, if completed, they were going to be incredibly perfect in my home settings decor…although they are sturdy and came packaged safely with minimal assembly, shades are solid and perfect. Thankfully I am an artist and can tweak the paint finish to my liking…just sad I Actually have to do this after spending 50$+ per lamp. I’m sad.

Not like pictures

The ombre is not noticable. It looks just like metal with no darker shading as advertised. The top part that is connected to cord does not tighten enough to keep from falling off. I will most likely figure out way to glue so it stays in place and darken myself.

The only thing I would say in the negative for these lamps, is that in comparison to the picture, where the top of the lamp is (before the shade), the wood top is more of a natural wood color, where as in the picture it looks like a darker wood

Lamps are ok

The lamps were very easy to assemble. They are good quality and very sturdy. I was disappointed at the color. The color in the picture made the lamp appear to be a darker color. The lamps are actually metal, exactly like a galvanized bucket and silver. I may paint them… the lamps work great though

Top is wood look, not dark like the rest of the base

Love! But, the top part of the lamp base is wood look in color, not dark like the rest of the base like the picture shows.
