Water spots do show, but very well functioning faucet valve for shower.

We like that you can set the temperature and it stays there! It's easy to change from overhead shower to handheld shower. The dials turn smoothly and the appearance is nice, aside from the fact that water spots do show, but so far I haven't found any of my other faucet hardware to not have this same problem.

Trust in the Delta name!

Once again Delta is a trusted, reliable company.. I can’t seem to click on answering a question from someone because of an iOS issue, so....... hopefully he or she will see answer here. My husband who is a plumber said no, it does not come with trim, and components. They have to be purchased separately.

Works great, buying online saved 40%

I don't know where you come down on the question of Amazon putting local retailers out of business, but this is one place where the destruction of the mom-and-pops looms large. Buying the valves, handles and accessories for a new shower through Amazon saved about 30-40% off what I would have paid locally. The hardware is what it's supposed to be, it works though both the hand-held and rain heads, controls temperature just fine, and looks just like it does in the picture.

Excellent Quality valve

Great product! Fairly straightforward install, sturdy well built quality fit, finish and function. Does exactly what I wanted it to do and maintains great pressure with both shower heads going at once. Bit pricey but all in all worth the money.

T27897 Cassidy Traditional 17 Series Valve Trim with 3-Setting Integrated Diverter, Chrome

Overall this trim kit is nice, the one thing I do not like is the temperature a-just handle is plastic & does not go on the valve tight enough. There needs to be a design change for that particular part of the kit other wise it is metal & of good quality. If chrome is the finish you are try to achieve then this will work for you.

total control in one easy to install valve body

all in one for pressure, temp and shower head selection in a neat valve body. No need to to have single handles all over your shower. its pricey but I think they all are. The temp controls are a little sticky but over all I am pleased with this purchase. The install was fairly straight forward and love the look of it
