Not the old Danskins I used to buy!
This says it’s a 5-inch short, but it’s not. They must’ve measured from the center of the crotch, rather than the actual length of the legs. It’s much shorter when actually worn. And the fabric is very, very thin. I have Danskin bike shorts that I’ve had for years, and they’re much better quality than these. However, I use them on my walks and runs in the neighborhood so I’m keeping them. Just know they’re a lot shorter and thinner than you may think they are.

Kind of flimsy and loose
fabric not right. I returned them. Jockey makes a better one 92%cotton 8% spandex just better quality and fit.I wear medium and medium fits.

Good choice but wrong size
I found these well made, good thickness. Was replacing a previous old pair of the same brand. I purchased medium which turned out a little large. Should have ordered a small, but going to see if they'll shrink up a bit after washing.

My favorite workout shorts
I have several pairs of these and love them. They're cotton and feel great. They fit snug but not too tight. They don't ride up and have decent leg/thigh coverage. They don't slip down even during a run. They are the best bang for the buck I have found.

My go-to workout shorts.
These are presently my go-to shirts for Crossfit. They're just long enough so my chub rub isn't pulling them into my crotch, but short enough to still look cute and show off a little leg. They're inexpensive, stay put, and don't give me camel toe or the embarassing muffin top of some compression shorts - the waistband is wide and long, so it's friendly to those of us who have a little extra around the middle. I'll be definitely buying another pair! Note: they are cotton-y, not lycra-y. They're not wicking or anything fancy. They're just a good, basic short for around the gym or for running. This isn't high performance stuff, people. Just a pair of shorts that look cute, stay put and are inexpensive.

Finally, these don't ride up (much)!
I ordered a few pairs of bike shorts to compare: Champion Women's Absolute Bike Short, Under Armor Ultra 2" Compression Shorts, Brooks Ephiphany Boy Shorts The Under Armor rode up ALL the time. They were short to begin with, then became basically briefs. The Champion shorts were really cute on, but also had the same problem with riding up (though not as badly) The Brooks had a great silicone leg gripper at the hem, but were only available in grey when I got them. I preferred black. THESE: Are short enough where they don't look dowdy, but long enough to maintain decency if they do ride up. They stayed up for the most part, but I wear them climbing, involving a lot of contortions! The material is mostly cotton, lending to a different feel than the polyester shorts. They work for what I want them for!

So comfortable!
Love these biker shorts! Perfect for working out or lounging in! They fit as expected and don't ever ride up and are so comfortable! They are perfect to match with a hoodie or oversized tee or anything really! I love that they are 5" so they are a little shorter than most other biker shorts.

very strange fit
I had to return them as the fit is very strange. The waist was gigantic and the bottom is rather tight. I'm not sure what kind of a figure will fit well in them. The return process was much slower than normal - I send them back 8 days ago and had confirmation that they have been received, but haven't got my money back yet so far. Do not recommend.
