Not your average Klein quality
Purchased this as well as another carbide type hole saw to do a comparison. The other was a fraction of the price yet, I have many Klein tools and trusted the brand. I was let down in ways I couldn't have imagined knowing the dependability and warranty behind all Klein tools. This cutter was slower and suffered minor damage cutting simple metal stud cap to insert a cable pathway and the hole was off by 2mm. Made a second hole with the other bit and the grommet fit perfectly.

The best I've found for stainless steel
I use these to make holes in 12 gauge (~1/8") 304 stainless electrical enclosures. Low RPM and high pressure is the key. I also use a little cutting fluid. The carbide teeth on these last a LONG time.

Professional Hole Saw
Good recoil once hole is made. Use it to cut holes in vehicle roofs. So far so good. You still want to make sure you are free of support from from B and C pillar and add additional space between liner and roof interior. It provides a clean hole. Always use a plastic grommet after the hole is made.

Cuts Stainless well!!!
If you are looking for a bit that will cut through stainless steel, you found it!! I used lithium grease with it to cut 16gauge stainless steel sink hole. It did the job well and took maybe 5 minutes. Keep your rpm low. It comes with a chart for speeds and then you just have to check your drill speeds and try and adjust. Very happy with this purchase after burning up two other bits.

It’s a Klein tool.
Best holesaws I’ve ever used. I’ve been doing electrical work for near 20 years.

good but be careful
These hole saws work great but, they like to break teeth off. That usually happens as the pilot bit suddenly breaks through causing the carbide teeth to slam into the material. We ended up using a separate pilot bit and this made the hole saws last.

Too fragile
Carbide broke too easy

Very durable hole saw
I been trying a couple of hole saw and this is by far the best I've ever had. Sometimes i spend days getting thru metal sheets and the blades even notice at all. It’s very durable. You don’t have to push it to much to get the job done.

Great quick cutter.
Update after use: I may have gotten a dud. Cut under 10 holes and the carbide tips broke off. For the price I’m going back to another manufacturer. Used by a construction electrician. Carbide tips last long time as long as it doesn’t get run to hot. Slow the speed and let it cut. Quick and easy hole for 1/2 connectors or hole punch. Will cut stainless and heavy gauge steel. Priced comparable to other brands.

High quality tool
Excellent Cutter. After using cutting fluid and burning off the ends of 7/8 high speed steel drill bits in an attempt to cut a single hole in 316 stainless, I used this bit and cut 8 more clean holes through 1/4" wall square tubing. Unlike other holesaws, the cutout ejected easily. Just make sure after each complete cut that you stop your milling machine and clean the cutter teeth with a scriber.

Very high quality drill bit
Very high quality tool. Makes drilling 3/4 holes in my thick steel trailer effortless. Well worth it

The cutter was only good for one use and now can not be used again.
I wanted to let you know that when we used the cutter all the teeth came off on the first use. Very disappointed in this product.
