It's seriously as good as it claims

My favorite purchase over the last year. I love my cold drinks COLD. And my hot drinks, HOT. And this bad boy delivers on both sides. Freakin awesome!

Hot stays hot but not leak or spill proof

This will keep your hot drink hot. However my husband accidentally knocked it over and the lid popped off and coffee went everywhere. Also my hands were full and I was carrying the mug with the top closed. I bent down to pick something up and coffee dribbled out the sipping area.

Top Quality and Beautiful

I received one of these tumblers years ago as a gift. It instantly became my favorite travel coffee mug to take to work. I'd planned to get a matching one for my husband, but we hadn't been drinking much coffee on the go since switching to work-from-home. He ended up having to go into the office recently and used my tumbler. He came home marveling at how his coffee had stayed hot all day. He's not really one to notice or comment on such things, so I immediately bought him his own. These tumblers are BEAUTIFUL and really well constructed - after years of use (probably more accurate to say abuse) my old tumbler still looks brand new. I even wash them in the top rack of the dishwasher with zero issues. They retain temperature SO WELL - either hot or cold. I love that they fit perfectly and securely in every cupholder I've ever put them in, even some notoriously problematic ones in friends' and family members' vehicles. One thing to note is that they switched from the old stainless lids with the open lip to the new clear slide-shut lids. I ended up purchasing a stainless lid like mine for my hubby's tumbler because I think they're nice for coffee, help with temperature retention, and are all but indestructible. I did like the new clear lid that his came with, though, and will likely use it with cold beverages or when a more spill-proof option is called for. After years of owning a mismatched collection of low-quality travel mugs, it is so nice to have a set of buy-it-for-life-quality containers like these.

Overhyped

It's an overpriced tumbler. It is ok at keeping coffee hot for a while, but not more than an hour or so. 90 minutes and it's warm. It doesn't sweat. It's easy to clean, but it's not my choice for a slow, sip-your-coffee morning. I do like it for making a coffee in the morning, putting it in the fridge and coming home from work, adding some ice for a nice iced coffee.

Great insulation in cup, not so much lid

Great insulation in the body of the cup but the lid is lacking in that and other areas. The rounded bottom great to fit in cup holders, not so great if tipping is likely due to work or other vibration. The lid slide breaks if you attempt to remove it to clean behind it also. Had to put another lid to use the cup now.

Coffee on the go

The lid leaks at the area where the coffee pours. So I drink my coffee without the lid.

Better options out there

Lid broke easily. I have many insulated cups as I use them daily. SlM, Yeti and Starbucks are all very durable and offer better value. I found this cup cheap.

Keep the heat

Good product, very easy to carry, keep the warmth although not as good as the bottle. I guess due to the wide plastic mouth.

Leaks

So i bought this because I love the brand Swell and own 2 bottles already. This travel mug leaked when the top was closed. It sucks because I sometimes take the bus and my tea/coffee would spill everywhere. Horrible design. The design on the outside is beautiful but overall the quality doesn’t meet the standards of other products.

Beautiful

This mug is amazing - it keeps drinks piping hot for four hours. The texture is lovely to hold, and I love the hole in the accompanying lid which is the perfect size. Fabulous.
