Good except one flaw
I have a 13-month-old baby, and since he already has 7 teeth, it is essential for me to develop a good habit of brushing his teeth. I am pleased that this set provides both a training brush and an actual brush. The stay-put suction cup at the bottom of the brush is very convenient. The training brush is soft to touch and my little one loves chewing it. I took off one star from my rating because the safety shield of the training brush is not very secure and keeps falling off easily, which is so frustrating.

As a mom, I'm always looking for the best products to help my little one stay healthy and happy. When it comes to oral hygiene, I want to make sure that my child has a toothbrush that is gentle on their gums and teeth, yet effective at cleaning. I recently tried the Dr. Talbot's 2 Piece Baby Toothbrush Training Set and I was very impressed with the results. The set includes two toothbrushes: one for babies and one for toddlers. The baby toothbrush has a soft, silicone head that is gentle on gums and teeth. It also has a 3-sided design that helps to clean all surfaces of the teeth. The toddler toothbrush has soft, nylon bristles that are effective at cleaning teeth, yet gentle enough for small mouths. It also has a stay-put suction cup that helps to keep the toothbrush in place while not in use. I was very happy with the way both toothbrushes cleaned my child's teeth. The bristles were soft and gentle, yet they were still effective at removing plaque and debris. My child also seemed to enjoy using the toothbrushes. They were easy to hold and the bright colors were appealing. Overall, I was very impressed with the Dr. Talbot's 2 Piece Baby Toothbrush Training Set. The toothbrushes are gentle, effective, and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this set to other parents. Great for getting a tooth brushing routine started
Starting a tooth brushing routine when my baby is young was super important to me. I feel if they establish it early on then they’re used to it and tooth brushing goes smoother later on. This is a great starter set. The silicone brushes are both easy to clean and sanitize and I love that one is more baby friendly for them to hold (the one with the mouth guard so they don’t stick it too far in their mouth) and the skinner handle one can be held by an adult. I also like that the slimmer one has a suction bottom, so you can stand it up easily on the counter to dry. Each toothbrush also has three sided bristles so you’re able to cover more sides at once. A plus, especially when you’re trying to brush a baby/toddler who most likely doesn’t want to have something poking around their mouth. Price point is also great. Currently 9.97 for the set. Excellent starter set and I really like the design of each brush!

Great training toothbrush once you get the hang of it
These work very well as a first/training toothbrush. The silicone bristles are very soft and mimic teethers, which make the toothbrush great for little ones. The only thing to be mindful of is that because they somewhat mimic teethers, and because they are cup shaped so that you have to be more precise in your placement of the brush, it can take some getting use to. I've found that my kiddo just like to bite it, and you really have to do some maneuvering to get the brush placed properly on the teeth.

Good introduction to tooth brushing
I love the 3-sided design of these toothbrushes. I can get all sides of baby's teeth, with less time spent convincing them to open their mouths (or, at times, to stop biting down on the toothbrush). I do think the brush with the regular bristles does a better job cleaning. But the silicone one is good to get baby used to the idea of a toothbrush, and the routine of brushing. Both are sized just right for little mouths. The toddler brush has a suction base, so it can stand straight up on the counter. For some reason, that's amusing to my baby. But I don't find it absolutely necessary, as we keep our brushes in a little cup. I love that these can be run through the dishwasher. They can also be sterilized, but I did not think that was needed once baby is eating solids.

Exactly as described!
I can’t vouch for how they work because our baby hasn’t made his arrival yet and it will be a while before we have to use them, but I would say they will live up to expectations!

useful for teething too
These are great for introducing early toothbrushing habits, but I'm currently using them for teething & they're great for that too. My baby loves rubbing these on her sore gums. The white safety shield does not stay in place very securely, so my 7 month old was able to easily remove it, not a big issue if you don't use it though. The blue one comes with silicone bristles (this is the one my 7 month old prefers now), & the green one comes with toothbrush like soft bristles (which will be more helpful when introducing teeth brushing).

so useful!
As described. I love that the brushes have different types of bristles to really work through getting the baby/toddler familiar and comfortable with brushing. I also like that it provides a different experience for the baby than the traditional finger toothbrushes. I have a very independent girl who loves to do things like hold her own spoon, so having a toothbrush she can hold herself is perfect.
