Happy with purchase
I bought this to go on our new to us 2008 Hyundai. My husband had zero issues in installing this. He said that it took him about 30 minutes. Everything works as it should. He said the only hang up was folding the wires so that they would fit under the thingy (technical term) that you put the jack and tools in. You have to lift it up, place the wires under there and then reinstall it. Other than that, he said it was a piece of cake.

Ease of Installation
Push Pull Click Click. It was that easy to install. Online video was a super help in making this job go smooth. Drilled one hole for grounding and let wires lay under the trim as instructed. I did notch the plastic trim a bit where wires entered the storage compartment; just enough to relieve the pressure. I like the idea of having the wire store inside when not in use. Fully concealed. Recommend to all who need this one. Best price was a plus too.

It worked for about 2 months then went out.
It worked for about 2 months then the left rear light went out on the trailer. Its the box that malfunctioned. We've tested it down to the problem and its the box. I've tried it on two other trucks and we get the same result.

Perfect Fit
This is a great product. Little on the expensive side but what a time saver. I, too notched the side of the cargo carrier to relieve the pressure on the wires. I took my time on installing and probably took about an hour. Check out the Youtube vidio to get more familiar with the procedure but it is really easy.

Quick and East
Fast delivery and easy to install. "Hardest" part was taking the trim off without damaging it on our Santa Fe. The actual installation is a breeze with good clear instructions. I cut a small hole in the below deck storage area to pass the connector through and to hide it when not in use.

Fairly easy to install (watched the online Video) - - Installed ...
Fairly easy to install (watched the online Video) - - Installed about 2-3 weeks before I needed it......Went to pick up a trailer from Uhaul to move, and found out that the harness did not work.. VERY disappointed....>I got a refund from Amazon, but also had to rent a truck with a hitch to finish my move - in the end, buying this cost me money.

Easy to install
Easy to install. I mean very easy. Takes more to read the instructions then to do it. The trailer I was pulling from U-Haul had some lights out. I'm a tech, so I checked all the wiring during our trip.. U-Haul's wiring was defective. This is a great product. Highly recommend this.
