Only collar my dog will wear
We have bought many of this collar since my dog will not wear anything but this one. Personally I think it's all the people that gush over his collar and matching leash that keeps him coming back. Each one lasts around 1-2 years with heavy usage. It dries out fine when he goes into the water and since it's dark colored it doesn't show mud easily. The last one we had the batman symbol did fall off the buckle but it still worked fine.

Best collar I swear
I got this collar literally 4 years ago. The first pic is my boy when I first got the collar and boy did he need to grow onto it! The second pic was a few months back. I never thought this collar would last so long. It has faded but considering he is a farm dog and is outside during the day doung farm work I say A+

Very stylish!
I bought this along with the Batman leash. My boy has pulled with all of his might quite a few times and it has held up quite well. The buckle of the collar is a little heavier than ideal, but it’s heavy duty and sturdy. I sometimes take it off when my dog is sprinting around lol, but he seems perfectly fine with it. Highly recommended and very stylish.

Strong, dependable, and adorable.
Fantastic collar! I cannot believe how strong the buckle is. Every collar we buy I have my roommates test it to make sure it won't bust open. Having a 75lb dog means I need a collar that can support his weight under pressure. So far, so good!! It's adorable and his nickname is batdog (he's a husky/gsd and has a mask) soo this collar is perfect for him. The buckle is VERY strong. When you adjust it, it stays in place. The material is thick. Since it's a buckle that holds it together not a traditional plastic or metal clip. There's no way that your dog can accidentally open it with there neck. Which has happened to us in the past. I love that this collar blends in to my dogs fur and just the batman symbols stick out as well. Strangers love this collar. Overall this is a wonderful product. And it will work and STAY ON with your big dog. Highly recommend it. I only wish I ordered the 1.5 width one. As I just saw it this morning...but the 1inch one is fine. UPDATE 4/7/15 We had to stop using the collar because he would itch around his neck and the collar would fall off! :( It would randomly just fall off when he was walking around the house. We had to switch to a more sturdy collar.

I love it
We’ve had it for over a year and althugh it has significantly faded, its still holding up well. Wish it wouldn’t have faded this much but still great nonetheless.

Fits a female Boxer great
So I wanted to find a wide collar for my dogs; I have two Boxer's (60 lbs and 52 lbs). I feel like the only collars you can find at the big box stores are super skinny. So my step-mother recommended this brand, Buckle Down. I looked them up and found this collar. It fits her perfectly. I had no problem attaching her tags to the loop. I was a little worried about the metal buckle rubbing their skin, but after a couple months of use, I haven't seen any adverse effect on either dogs neck. I also take there collars off at night so they don't wake our 7 month old so that does give their neck a little break. Also, with the Batman logo, you cannot go wrong!

rusts badly if you live by the sea
We purchased this as we were after a durable stainless steel collar. Unfortunately it had rusted within three months (per photo) and I had to cut it off the dog. We go to the beach most days.

I love this collar!
I bought the medium wide 16-23” collar for my 7 month old Standard Poodle. This is the perfect size for him. I would say it would fit him from 4-5 months old and will still fit when full grown. I paid $46 so I think it’s a great collar for the price so far. I think the only thing that should be noted is that the buckle is quite heavy but it’s tight & strong so it feels like it’ll last a while. The buckle part does get scuffed up quick but that’s normal wear for metal that is constantly rubbing on our tile and hardwood floors when he lays down.

Dont bother, flmsy
I thought I'd bite the bullet and pay the big price ask to get big Quality for my medium size labradoodle. Looked nice, too thin and cheap hardware. Lasted a few days then metal loop bent and broke off and my dog was as good as gone. Huge safety issue if he ran into the traffic! I'm sending back for refund. Too much money to waste.

Nanananana Bat-Dog!!
Good quality, although a bit long (and I've got a BIG dog) so it overlaps itself all the way around. The puppy loves it and since he's a big black dog that people are sometimes afraid of, I find that this warms them quick - "he can't be aggressive, he's batman!"
