Great fit!
Originally bought one of those swivel snap on bucket lid seats and it didn't fit. Got this one and it's perfect! It doesn't look comfy but surprisingly is.

Fits perfectly.
This item fits my 5 gallon bucket with a Bucket Boss tool organizer perfectly. I was concerned that the thickness of the material would make the fit too tight, but evidently this is taken into consideration. The only negative thing I can say about it is that the seat is pretty hard, so not sure how comfortable it will be if sat on for an extended period, thus the 4-star rating instead of 5.

Was great for so long, and then the heat kicked in
I do construction inspections and I spend a lot of time waiting around for things to happen, so i got this to spend some of that time upon. It was great! most comfortable bucket top i had found, and I tried literally them all (yes literally, various pop top lids, gamma seal lids, padded seats, etc.). This really was by far the most comfortable, until we started hitting nearly 100 degree temps for weeks straight. The sonic welded seams started to separate and the seat deform. Now i'm a very big boy, so i imagine others wont have the same issue. But just know, under enough heat and pressure these will deform.

It's all plastic. I was expecting a cushion.
I'm sure it was my fault and the description said it was plastic. I was just a little surprised the seat had no cushion. That said it does fit correctly (even with the tool caddy) and it is comfortable to sit on for short periods. Also I guess I don't have to worry about it getting wet.

Fits my 7 and 5 gallon buckets
I bought this for my 7 gallon bucket. It sits much higher than a 5 gallon bucket and has more storage and easier to get back up. Good sturdy plastic. No padding but it seems fine to me. It is priced more than it is worth as it is just a piece of plastic. Fits 5 and 7 gallon buckets.

Simply perfect
At 330 lbs, I was a bit concerned. I shouldn't have been. Extremely sturdy, surprisingly comfortable, and both easy to move on and off and secure on anything short of dropping it off a hill. This is going to make getting back out into nature much, much more doable for me so I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Be aware, the lid doesn't really "fasten" into the bucket it just sits on the top, so it won't be air/water tight. But if you're not expecting that degree of seal its still more than secure enough for routine usage and at times being able to lift it off easily with only one hand is quite nice bordering on "killer feature." Unreserved recommend.

Works Perfectly after I tweeked it .
This is a "GREAT" produce even though I gave it only 4 stars because Canadian buyers must be aware that since it is a USA made produce it is designed to fit on the US 3.5 and 5.0 gallon buckets that have a ID lip opening of 11.25" , where as up here we have Imperial 3.5 and 5.0 gallon buckets with an ID lip opening of 11.50"s so it fits very loose . There is an easy fix , just add about a 1/2 " x 2" , 6 layer built up tape strips of duck tape etc. from the bottom of the edge of the seat over to the bottom part of the seat right down the middle of each of it's 4 molded contact points . Then it fits real nice and you will like it allot !!!

Don't judge by the looks
When I tried for the first time, I was laughing because it was comfortable, totally against my expectation. Yeap, i used a word 'comfortable'. Better than ikea chair.
