Great Pan!

I have been on the hunt for a quality low-cost pan and I have to say, this is an excellent frying pan. The 12-inch size is perfect for cooking larger meals, and the deep sides make it easy to sauté, fry, or simmer without worrying about splatters or spills. It feels incredibly durable and heavy in my hands. The nonstick surface is also top-notch, I've cooked everything from eggs to stir-fries, and I haven't had anything stick to it. One of the things I really appreciate about this pan is how evenly it heats up. I've had other frying pans in the past that would have hot spots, but that's not an issue with this one. The heat is distributed evenly throughout the pan, which makes for consistent cooking and better results.

Easy to clean!

I love this pan! It cooks food really well and my favorite part: it is so easy to clean! I’ll let it sit for a bit while dirty, and I barely have to scrub to get the food remnants off! I would 10/10 recommend this pan.

Finally! A wide stockpot!

I've been looking for quite some time for a stockpot as wide as the one I'm replacing which is long past its prime. I've ordered several that claimed to be 14 and 15" wide, and they were all just at or under 10' wide. I don't know how the makers measure these pans, but in my mind how wide it is is what a tape measure shows stretched across the bottom. I don't want to know the total circumference when wrapping a tape measure around the pan. Every pan I've gotten thus far I could easily place inside the pan I'm replacing with room to spare. I can put the old one in this pan with room to spare. The old pan was 11" wide so I was looking for on as wide or wider. This one is 11 1/2 inches wide.

Non stick!

I line this pot, nothing sticks to it so far. My daughter said the rivets at bottom made more difficult to clean but I have not noticed. I love the lid too, I don’t need to use a separate strainer.

Love It!

I love this HUGE nonstick frying pan. I can stir fry enough chicken for my biggest casserole dish. It's super easy to clean up. I'm very happy with this pan.

Love this pot

Used porcelain with cast iron all my life, old now and my pots are too heavy for my arthritis. Not this one though, yes the cooking quality doesn't match Creuset but heck for the price it does pretty darn good!

It's good, but I wish it was a bit more balanced.

I like it except for one thing--it isn't as balanced on the burner as I would like. The weight of the long handle makes it teeter a bit off the burner when I use it to cook light things. I think if they weighted it down a bit on the other side it would settle down better. Otherwise it's a good product. It 's heat distribution and cleanup are great.

Replacement for my old one of 20 plus years!

My old curculon pan was looking a bit past its sell by date after 20 odd years, so decided to but this as a replacement. It’s absolutely fantastic abs I use it most days. Very easy to clean and absolutely nothing sticks. Just make sure you don’t use the low far spray oil on it, that’s what ruined my old one.

LID IS LOOSE

These must be Defective Circulon items being sold by an Amazon seller. The lid does not fit and this defeats the object as steam will escape. Have to return it - shame as it was bought from Amazon US (I am in the UK).
