Missing piece

Live the BBQ. I am just missing the tire rod. Didn't come in the packaging. Local hardware stores don't carry the piece

Good value initially. Not a top end grill but every thing works well for now.

Happy so far. Did not like all the styrofoam in the packaging as it is not recyclable, but works well. Assembly was not to bad. Electrical assembly for igniter was a little tricky as space is tight but figured it out. Burner assembly comes pre-assembled which is great for set up but may be problematic if needs replacing down the road. Fairly easy to clean which is key to longevity. I already had a new grill cover so I didn't get the recommended one. If you don't already have a good one, get the suggested one. Only had this a month and so far great. Time will tell. I grill a[[ year round in New England. Maintenance and protection will extend life of your investment. so far quite satisfied.

Missing parts

Early christmas present, daunting at first but once we got started assembling went quickly. Was missing some parts, called Mft a month ago for replacement parts but have never recieved. Next time I'll just go to the store & buy.

Replaced my old Char Broil BBQ

I am a snowbird, I had my last Char Broil BBQ for 10 years. It was getting a little long in the tough, so we decided it was time for a new one. We choose this one because we have the same model at home as a back up BBQ. it works very well, a little light in the construction dept. The only problem I’ve had, as well as my unit at home, is the ignition unit, which quit as soon as it rains. Overall, this grill does the job well.

Very poor flame distribution

Fairly easy to put together, but very lightweight construction. Has an uneven flame that is difficult to control. Flame is larger in the front of the burner tube and small in the middle to back of the burner giving poor heat distribution. We had a Weber gas grill that lasted 15 years outside but were reluctant to pay their high price for a new one. Doubt this one will make it 2. PGoing with the Char-Broil was a mistake. Not recommended especially if you are used to and expecting a high quality gas grill like Weber.

Grill is AWESOME!!!

This grill is amazing! The only reason I gave this product four stars is because of the amount of work that is required to assemble it. Once it’s assembled… It’s probably one of the best Grills I’ve ever had. In fact, it is so great that one of my friends who came over and Grills all the time went and purchased the same grill because he loved it so much.
