Works great, but if you use this for woodworking buy the antistatic one
I bought this to help me clean out home air ducts and for woodworking dust collection. I did an hour of sanding and the air around the hose is crackling with static electricity. I didn't get shocked, I was just surprised. It didn't seem unsafe, it was uncomfortable. This same brand sells antistatic versions of these hoses. The quick connection is compatible with my Bosch vacuum attachments. There isn't a rubber gasket on the hose end like my Bosch hose so it leaks more vacuum pressure but it works fine for my uses.

Nice quality
We really like this long hose however in order for it to fit the ends we had to order an extra piece from the company

Works w/ Makita tracksaw and Rigid vacuum
I didn't include a pic of the hose attached to the tracksaw but other users have shown that. Without batteries Makita's XPS01z and Centec's 16' hose fit in the Makpac XL case with room for other typical small items for tracksaws. i.e. Bench dogs, a square + a couple clamps etc. However, if you can get by with 10' of hose that would make this much easier. The hose is nice and soft but does not like to twist(rotate) so it can whip around a bit when you spin your tools. Since the hose itself is light and supple this hasn't been a problem. So far it's doing its job.

Perfect fit for Bosch GCM miter saws
I am exceptionally pleased with how this fits up to my miter saw. It's like it was specifically made for it. AND it was cheaper than the Ridgid hose/adapter combo that I was going to use. I had bought multiple adapters and hoses from Home Depot and Lowes to try and find a dust collection solution for my miter saw. The hose side of the dust extractors on the Bosch GCM saws only allow male hose attachments due to the rivet tabs on the outside. I had come up with a couple solutions using an adapter and 2.5inch hose (too bulky and got in the way), or the Ridgid pro-grade 1-7/8" hose (just the slightest bit loose in the saw). I decided to come on Amazon and see if there were better adapters which would work with my 1-1/4" hose I already have. I came across this Cen-Tec hose with multiple adapters and figured I'd give it a try since it was cheaper than the Ridgid pro-grade. I wasn't expecting much, but when I pulled it out of the box and saw the blue ring which was similar to the one on the dust bag I got excited which quickly turned to elation when it fit perfect on the saw. The other end of the hose connects well enough to the duststopper. It will only go in as far as you can see in the photo, but it is tight and won't come out. Update: I tried the two adapters that came with the hose on all the tools I have with dust collection. The following is what the adapters work with, and what they don't. Also, I included measurements of the adapters. Adapter 1: I.D. ≈25.5mm / O.D. ≈35.5mm at end tapers up to ≈ 37mm; ≈ 40mm at raised rib. (see photos) Adapter 2: I.D. ≈ 38mm / O.D. ≈ 48.5mm Tools that at least one of the adapters will work with: Dewalt DWE6423 sander (most likely all Dewalt palm sanders) Dewalt DW6182 plunger router base for the DW618 router. Ridgid random orbit sander Model# R8606B Ridgid palm router Model# R860443B Makita SP6000J plunge saw Tools that these adapters won't work with: Ridgid belt sander Model# R86065B Rigid Jig Saw Model# R8832B Dewalt DWS779 Miter saw (the smaller adapter can be forced in, but only a small portion will fit. You would need to tape it to prevent it from falling out)

Great hose, almost great adapters
The hose itself is great. It looks nice, it is sturdy, and has a nice quick-disconnect clip end. The shop-vac end fit just fine. Neither adapter fit either of my palm sanders, though, which have 35mm exhaust pipes. I should have measured, instead of assuming "industry standard" would work for me. The adapters are also a little bit long and straight, which can be awkward hanging off the back of a sander. (especially if duct-taped to the end of the pipe on the tool) The upside is that the adapters swivel and latch on the hose, so the hose won't pop off, and won't coil up as hand-held tools move around. I 3D printed my own adapters, which turned out really nice. Creating a mating clip-end for the hose is really easy. Open your favorite CAD software, draw a cylinder with diameter 50.5mm and height 28mm, then cut out a cylinder 45.5mm dia / 26mm high, then cut out a horizontal oval cylinder 8.2mm from the opening with dimensions 5.6mm x 10.9mm. (the clips fall into these, to latch) For bonus points, cut the ovals further back for better finger access to release the clip. Then cut a hole 28mm dia in the back wall (air passage) and model the rest of the part that connects to your tool.

You need it, I sure did! Save your lungs from all the fine dust you make.
I really liked that the hose does not shorten-up when the suction end is blocked! I have another (Rockler) stretchable dust hose that trys to shrink way up when the nozzle is blocked (even if only for a moment) - it pulls the tool out of position and knocks anything in its way over. This does not shrink or whip around. On the other hand, since this hose does not shrink-up, it takes more space to store (well worth it for me). The quick detach ends work well, making it easy to switch from tool to tool - if you leave the rubber adapter ends on your tools. I also bought the optional set of more rubber adapter ends - this gives me all the sizes I need for all my tools. I’m really glad I bought it! I used it on my belt sander, 3 orbital Sanders, a drill press and a track saw. I would like to find some plain nozzles for general cleanup too

Great Suction
I was surprised to find that upgrading my hose made such a difference in the functionality of my shop vac. This is a great hose. Like other reviewers, the fittings don't fit all of the tools in my shop but that is to be expected with every brand having their own proprietary fittings. I am very pleased with this purchase. And I would buy it again.

Streamlined dust extraction and cleaning
I'm the type to avoid setting up the shop vac because I don't want to put the effort in. Bought a couple sets of these so all my tools are 1 click to set up, and my 30-foot vacuum hose is now 1x 10 and 1x 20 feet so I'm not wrestling with coiling and uncoiling it all the time. Swivel action is a lifesaver here!!

Required some modifications
I bought this to connect my existing ridgid vac setup to my new makita track saw. One of the included connectors fit the saw just fine but the included vacuum hose end did not fit the ridgid hose at all and all the connectors are useless without it. In the end I tried pulling just the runner piece off the connector that fit the saw, and the other end just happened to fit my existing hose end. I was going to initiate a return but it worked out in the end.
