Great cat bed

I was a bit concerned about getting this cat bed after reading the reviews about it not holding it shape but the price was too tempting for a large enclosed bed so I took the chance and boy am I glad I did. It came in a vacuumed sealed bag, so it was very squished down and the instructions said to let it sit for up to 48 or something to let it get into its normal shape. But I took the advice of one of the other reviewers and tossed it in my drier for about 15 mins and it popped into perfect shape when I took it out. My cats were able to use it same day I got it. The bottom padding is a bit lacking but there was enough space inside to add a cat bed. The cat I have in the picture is the largest cat I have ever owned, he isn't overweight but very long and he fits in the bed with lots of space to move around. There was only two issues I've had with it, 1 being the smell, it did smell of plastic or chemicals, but that went away after a few days. Issue 2 is, I bought it for one of my cats that is very stressed about everything and likes to hide, I wanted him to have nice big space to chill quietly. Problem is, the other two cats love the bed so much I need to get two more so all three have one for themselves.

Dog likes it

I bought this for my dog since he gets separation anxiety when we leave him alone I waited 4 days to let him use it and in the end it never looked like the picture. It’s vacuum sealed to be mailed to you but because of that the bed never goes back to the form it’s supposed to have. I like the concept but I think I’m going to be looking for one that is similar but sturdy enough to keep its shape. Overall after my dog inspected it many days he finally got curious enough to go in and he seems to enjoy the “sanctuary” it provides for him. Also ti know if your pupper fits I have a 21pound Boston terrier and he snuggles up just fine in there.

It was love at first sight for my little Poodle !

My little Poodle is one of those dogs that loves to burrow under the covers and blankets, and with winter coming along, I thought this cozy inside dog house might be the perfect “Dog-cave” for Poodle. I expected him to have to get used to it, but once we showed the dog house to him and put his little cuddle blanket inside, he went right in, and stayed there. He loves this little house/bed ! Last night , I tried putting it on top of the foot of our bed, where Poodle usually sleeps, and he happily spent the night in there; but it is a little large to have on top of the bed, so I will find him a smaller bed to sleep in at night with a blanket so he can cuddle under the covers, and in the daytime, he can sleep in the front room in his Dog-cave. This was a great find, sturdy, and soft plushy Sherpa interior, so both warm and soft for my little dog.

Not for dogs over 12 pounds

I bought one of these beds for my corgis to try before I purchased an additional one. The information states it’s for dogs 35 pounds or less. I have one corgi that is 18 pounds and one that is 20 pounds and this bed is way to small for them. They cannot even fit halfway in it. It came vacuum packed and the directions state to let it sit for 24 hours to allow it to form its shape. It smelled bad when I unwrapped it, so I placed it in the garage for several days. It never popped up fully and was droopy, The smell was still bad, so I washed it (you have to hand wash it, cannot wring it out, and line dry only). It is very heavy when you wash it and there is no way to line dry it because it’s to heavy for any clips. It sat in the hot Florida sun for over 3 days to dry. So my suggestion is if you are going to buy this bed, make sure it’s for a dog the size of a yorkie or smaller and have another bed that your dog can use if you have to wash this one.

cute design but roof is not sturdy

this was a cute design and was soft but functionality was poor as roof will not hold shape. one should not have to modify products with inserts to hold up roof. so i give it good ratings for appearance and comfort but very poor for inability to hold shape. i hope the design goes back to the drawing board on this one to make one sturdier to hold shape. i returned it and got something else from my local store.

Best size hut, for larger cats... would recommend

In 2019 I bought 3, figure the one that arrived today (11/4/20) would be identical to specs of last year... the house itself seems fine; base padding not so much. Last year quality foam 1” thick + lining, inside plush cover material. Today’s arrival (2020) 1/2’ and the thin-foam inside plush cover is shortened by 1” all sides... it’s not even a pad, compared to the quality good one last year. Purchased for my cats. Last year they were juveniles and could fit 2 and 3 per hut... THEY GREW now only fit one per hut. So, I’m needing 2 more. STILL regardless of thinner pad, I’ll have to add something cushier, but I still prefer THIS compared to ‘small scale’ hut-homes from other sellers, that do not fit ALL-SIZE-CATS... STILL WOULD RECOMMEND for larger cats

Perfect for my big cat

One of my cats is a gigantic chonk who's afraid of thunderstorms. He's too big to hide under the bed so he hides under my desk when it storms, so I finally bought him this house as a hidey-hole. It came flattened but after a few hours had popped up enough for the cats to play in, and after a few days it's just fine. It still looks kind of rumpled, but it's sturdy. It's large enough that my other (average-sized) cat has room to join the chonk in it too. Last night we had our first thunderstorm since I got the house, and my cat was safe from the thunder in his soft little house in my bedroom.

Buen tamaño, suave, agradable al tacto y cálida, la cama viene empacada al vacío y le lleva semanas para desarrugarse y finalmente no lo hace al 100% pero aún así es un buen producto, muy recomendado.

Cute bed

Very cute bed for a pup. However the one side remained caved in after setting up. It is also not very stable. It is noticeable that it was made with cheap materials. The dog loved the bed and it served its purpose. It looks very stylish in the living room.

Not as shown, doesn't keep shape

The sides/corners are always falling in so it doesn't hold its shape, and it's very thin scratchy material compared to what the pictures show. It's big enough for her so 2 stars for that, but it's super ugly and wrinkly and simply won't stay in shape

Warm lining and spacious doggo house!

Quite expensive for a little cushioned dog house but our little chihuahua loves the spaciousness! If you buy this for a rather small dog, they will feel like they are in a mansion haha! It did have some foods from packing that made the roof look crushed and unstable but after a few days of pressing it into shape it stands alright now. Inside is very soft and cozy.

Dogs love it!

My 2 little dogs fight over it, they love it so much! Kept them out of the draft in the winter and helps them feel secure when they get nervous (when the vacuum is out).
