Very pretty and feels great on my skin. Fits well.
I ordered this for my upcoming trip to Tulum, Mexico. A friend who had been suggested buying a UV shirt for my pale burn-friendly skin because they bought one while on their trip after they realized they would be snorkeling and out in the sun ALL DAY LONG every day. What really sold me on this particular was that it is meant to be worn in the water but is lightweight enough to wear while riding a bike or going for a stroll on the beach. I don't tan well and stopped trying to get a real tan years ago so I don't need to think about the fact that the sun won't be able to reach my skin. When this arrived and I unpackaged it I was very pleased. It is a very pretty color. The photos almost do the color justice but it feels much nicer in person. It has a slinky feel and fit perfectly. I have had it in my possession for almost 2 months and don't leave for Tulum for a little bit still. I have been forcing myself to refrain from wearing it as a casual shirt so as to preserve it for the trip. I almost ordered a size too big but at the last minute I decided to actually read the size chart and I'm glad I did. Read the size chart and don't buy based on other shirts you have purchased.

Good looking shirt, just lighter color than expected
Bought size L in Eucalyptus color for sun protection on the boat. The fit is right, slim and fitted but not super tight. I normally wear medium shirts but sized up one on this shirt after reading the reviews that they run a little small. The color is beautiful, a light heather teal, but it is much lighter than the color advertised. Not what I expected, but I’m happy with it and going to keep it!

Runs small for us curvy girls
Bought an extra large based on the size chart and how other similar items fit. The sleeves stretched to fit me, but were skin tight and unattractive. The bust fit me at a correct size, and the stomach area was loose enough to be flattering. So everything other than the arms were flattering. It was a nice shirt overall. Nice color, nice fabric, but the arms were much tighter and much skinnier than the rest of the shirt in the size XL. Since I mostly wear these shirts under T-Shirts to block (both indoor and outdoor) UV light to prevent Lupus flares year round, the way the arms fit is one of the most important aspects of a UPF sun shirt for me.

If you think you may want or need a sun shirt, you're better off with one.
I tried a number of sun shirts before settling on this one from O'Neill. I wore this snorkeling and boating near the equator in Summer and was SO GLAD to have had it. Great price for great sun protection. I ordered a size up as I did not want it too tight but was still comfortable in the water while swimming. My other half ended up buying one at the resort gift shop for 4X the cost. If you think you'll use it, go ahead and get it ahead of time.

This Shirt Worked Great
I used this shirt for snorkeling in Curacao and my husband borrowed it also! It protected against sunburn and helped protect the coral from damaging sunscreen. I got the XL- I'm 5'7" and 148 lbs. and my husband (pictured) is 6' and it fit us both fine. Not skin tight, but not floppy either - it stayed in place while snorkeling and the sleeves were long enough. Also, comfortable - you hardly know you're wearing it. Great purchase!

Awesome!
I purchased this for a trip to Mexico - I have a weird reaction to sunscreen + salt + sand. I break out in a very itchy raised rash. Anyways, I love the ocean but can't be out for long periods in tropical climates without burning. This rash guard saved my bacon last week! The material is nice and light, a little bit different than your typical rash guard. It also dries out pretty quickly. I like the looser relaxed fit, it makes it more comfortable and easier to get on and off.

What I like least about it is the loose waist add it ...
This shirt is a little strangely shaped. It's snug through the shoulders, upper arms and bust, but loose in the waist and wrists. What I like least about it is the loose waist add it rides up and flows around in the water. Besides that, the sun protection is excellent and it's cool and very breathable. Nice color and very comfortable to wear.

Love this shirt
Have not had a chance to swim in it yet. I wear it for horse riding lessons. I never overheat. It provides great coverage in the sun. Fits snug but not too tight. Air dry, don't tumble dry if you want the fabric to last.
