Not quite as soft against skin as I would like but - great shirt for sunny days

First impression - to me this shirt is a little scratchy against my sunburn skin. Not quite as soft or airy, billowy, ventilated as I hoped it would be. Looks good for hiking, camping, fun in the sun at the beach though. Well made. I like it for for hiking, camping, picnicking at the beach after a swim. Good fit for my lifestyle. Definitely a four stars out of five shirt. Very good.

Feminine Fit -- Great Color

I love this shirt! The color is wonderful and these photos don't do it justice. I bought "Tiki Pink" It is bright and tropical and cheerful. The contrast stitching is a pale blue-ish grey and adds a nice detail. The mechanism for rolling up the sleeves is a little fancier -- you pass the strap found within the sleeve through a fine woven loop attached to the outer area of the sleeve above the elbow. It's a nice detail. The fabric is light and cooling but not transparent. The fit is TERRIFIC. It fits in the shoulders, over the chest and tucks in at the waist a bit. I am 5'6" and 1/2 and about 132 pounds, size 36 B chest. I purchased a size Medium blouse. Some blouses gap over my bosom and are baggy around the waist -- but not this one! If you have a curvy or athletic figure, I think you'll like this shirt.

Decent shirt for recent Egypt trip

I ordered this shirt for a recent two week trip to Egypt. I am very fair skinned. During my last trip to this area, I made the mistake of wearing short-sleeved t-shirts. Despite frequent sunscreen applications to my arms, I still ended up lobster-red. I realized long sleeves are a necessity in desert climates. Overall I was pleased with this purchase. I did not have to apply sunscreen to my arms or upper back. The shirt was lightweight enough that wearing rolled down sleeves in 110 degree F temperatures was not complete misery. It also washed well in hotel sinks and quickly dried overnight on bathtub laundry lines. I only had two complaints. The first is that the sun glass holder above the upper left pocked was too loose; I ended up having to hold my sunglasses in hand while going into temples and tombs. The second is that the white shirt is very transparent. I ended up wearing a tank top underneath for modesty's sake; I found myself preferring other non-white spf shirts since I did not have to worry about my bra being clearly visible underneath. Overall, however, i would order this shirt again (albeit not in white).

What a great shirt! It has a great fit and it’s soft and comfortable. I could not have ordered a better shirt for travel.

Lightweight shirt - good for travel

There is dark stitching on the white shirt which I did not expect and did not want. However, when I tried the shirt on the stitching does not show up too much. The white fabric is very light and somewhat see through so you have to be mindful of what you are wearing underneath. Overall I like the shirt.

Loved the material but see through

Loved the materials and fit wonderfully, but the white fabric was see through- returned for the safari colour and wear that one all the time

No corresponde a la misma talla de otras blusas de la marca

Las mangas están horriblemente ajustadas, muy incómoda, no la devolví pero no creo que vaya a usarla jamás. Otras blusas de la misma marca quedan perfectas en la misma talla, pero la hechura de esta es más reducida.

shirt size mislabelled

The shirt is similar in size to a medium size shirt, not large as labelled. I have another Columbia shirt of the same design in a different colour. It fits loose. This shirt I could hardly do up the buttons
