Runs small

I originally bought these in a small because the other Wonder Wink pants I own are size small. Every pair of scrub pants that I own are a size small. These were very tight in the waist. They fit more like an X-small. I sent them back and got a medium which do fit better. I haven’t worn them to work yet but when trying them on I found that I do really like the fabric and style.

They run small

The material is nice quality, and allows for a lot of movement. The waistband is soft and comfortable and does not squeeze into my waist. Unfortunately these ran very small and I had to return them. I am 5'5" and weight 153, I carry my weight in my chest and thigh areas. I typically wear a medium in scrub bottoms and I like to have a little more room because I do a lot of moving and patient care with my job. I ordered the medium and they unfortunately fit like leggings, way too tight in the thigh/butt area and all the way down. Like I said the material is great, and the color is true to what is pictured, however I would recommend sizing up.

It's ok, but not for thick legged girls

I liked idea of tapered legs, but with muscular calves, these pants cling too much. Being short legged, length of regular is fine. Fabric is thinner than I like.
