makes coffee 190 degree in the pot

i check the temperature and 190 in the pot so brews about 200 this is what i care about. all metal, stainless steel, super easy to clean. it has a one button and makes hot coffee fast thats all that matters to me and no plastic. no bells, no whistles, no timers. water, coffee, and hit the on button. no instructions needed. it is 19.5 inch in Hight so will not fit under many kitchen cabinets, i didnt care have space for it some of you may not. the thermos is GREAT. coffee stays hot for 1-2 hours and warm say 4 hours. no hot plate, i donot want a heater it just burns the coffee imo. so all metal, hot strong coffee, one button, a great metal thermos, just what i want. i used mine every day for 2 month so far, light weight compared to REAL commercial pot, will it brew 5-10 pots a day for years?? i dunno i use mine for home use because i hate plastic. try it i imagine if you want simple hot strong coffee 90% of you will be happy.

A REALLY GOOD COMMERCIAL COFFEE MAKER FOR A LOW PRICE

BOUGHT ONE FOR THE STORE, BOTH FOR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS TO USE. THE POT IS LARGE. ITS EASY TO USE AND THE AIR POT KEEPS THE COFFEE HOT ALL DAY, IT'S EVEN STILL WARM THE NEXT MORNING. NOT HAVING A HEATING PAD KEEPS THE COFFEE FROM GETTING BURNT. STAINLESS SO IT'S EASY TO KEEP CLEAN.

It's slow

I thought it would make coffee fast but it takes about 6 minutes to make a pot. The company offered to make it right with me. As I said I don't need anything it works great just slow. Maybe the maker can tweek something so it will make coffee quicker. To the company ( thank you for the offer ). I am changing the rating because of the customer service.

I liked it

I bought because it said it’s all stainless steel and reviews were good. The taste of the coffee is good, looks plain and simple. Nothing fancy to learn to use but the water tank is fully plastic and the hot plates too. i was planning to return, seller reached out. It was confirmed that water tank is a food grade plastic to store water and water dispenser that throws hot water is steel. Overall, i liked the product. There is no product in the market that i have found which has minimal plastic. This does everything it says in the description.

Great machine, watch size.

This machine makes very good regular coffee, through an all stainless steel drip basket. At first, I was nervous about choosing the thermal carafe version, but now I am very glad I did. It keeps the coffee warm for quite some time (hours and hours), yet the outside is very touchable. I would have no hesitation putting this on a table without a trivet. I deducted a star because I went through some hassle with the machine's height. No height was listed with the product ad, so I went to the manufacturer's sight and looked up the schematics, finding a height of 17.5 inches. My cabinet clearance in my kitchen is 18". When it arrived, it was 19"! Approxiamately 18" for the stainless unit, 7/16" for the plastic water inlet on top, and 3/8" for the feet on the bottom. We considered returning it, but really needed it. Thought about removing the bottom feet, or the finished front edge of our cabinetry in one section, but ultimately decided to put it in a less convenient spot, away from overhead cabinets. The thermal carafe is what really made our setup functional, because it can sit on the formica countertop anywhere, immediately after brew and not mar the surface, nor accidentally burn someone. Also on the missing star is that SYBO doesn't sell a reusable filter that fits the basket. The largest substitute I found on A, is significantly smaller than what the machine could handle. Standard paper basket filters for 8-12 cup makers are too small and allowed grounds to spill over. And one more thing, the basket often drips for a while after brewing is over and the machine is off, leaving water on the stainless platform, usually not enough to drip off the machine, but I wouldn't place this machine on a surface that could be damaged by moisture. The company did offer some compensation for my troubles and I hope they will change the measurements in their schematics. I think with a little tweaking they would have an excellent product for residential use that is way less plastic-y than the majority of what is out there.

Amazing flavor. Brews super fast. Worth the money!

I purchased this gorgeous, modern looking commercial style. Coffee maker for my new coffee bar . The flavor of the coffee it produces is delicious. it is very high-end looking. It brews a full 10 cups crazy quick. It's fun just to watch from the second of flipping the switch to how fast it starts coming out then to the last drop. The thermos style is so convenient. Just grab and go in the morning and I have piping hot pick me ups through out the entire day. It’s effectively insulated for sure! It definitely met and exceeded my expectations. Takes up much more space than the pot it replaced. But we’ll worth it and also find it well worth the investment too. It’s sleek design makes it easy to wipe down and the thermos (without the top) does fine in the dishwasher. I can honestly say I can tell a huge difference from my percolator (that I still sometimes use on the weekends) I just love it!

SYBO Customer Service was great

We had issues with hot, steamy spray coming out of the top portion of the unit, spraying a fine hot mist all over, and ruining the side of our wood kitchen cabinetry. Not sure if there was just a defect, but facing the risk of being scalded by random bursts of steam, I called Amazon to tell them what I experienced. I was told by the Amazon customer service rep to throw it out, donate it, or do whatever we wanted, and that a refund would be issued. A follow up email from Amazon came within an hour of the conversation, confirming a refund would be issued. A month later, when the credit card bill arrived, they changed their mind and decided the unit needed to be returned before a refund would be processed. Not wanting anyone else to endure this malfunctioning device, I had cut the cord and threw it away. I was even encouraged by Amazon to try and collect the discarded unit from our local dump, in order for the refund to happen! Although Amazon was terrible to deal with, SYBO customer service ended up going above and beyond to offer a solution and make me happy. Thank you, SYBO!

Ecxelente producto. Vale pa pena si la quieres usar en tu negocio.

Quise esperar un tiempo para dar mi opinión. Y si realmente funciona para un negocio de estar poniendo café constantemente el café lo hace en minutos. Si capacidad de dos jarras te permite cubrir varias tazas en lo que carga una. Materiales geniales. El único detalle es que no es de caldera " es de platico" por lo que el café sale con un ligero sabor a plástico, pero se quita con el tiempo y uso!
