Works like a champ!

This thing helped me out while using this in conjunction with a heavy load splitter. I used it for several days from a generator and though did get slightly warm it never caused a serious concern after constant use! Very good cable. I have recommended this to contractors for their compressors and they also love the product!

Works, and is good quality. Using to charge EV until I can get my electric panel upgraded. Then, I will put it in my car as a back-up for road trips and to allow overnight charging where permissible

Perfect for in home far infrared sauna!

We recently bought a 3 person far infrared sauna and had to have a new 120 volt/20 amp outlet put in on a dedicated circuit in our basement to power it. The easiest/cheapest way to do that necessitated us having it installed in the closet of the room we put the sauna in which shares a wall with the utility room where out breaker box is. However, it couldn't just be any extension cord but had to be one that could handle 120 v/20 amp AND had the NEMA 5-20R orientation (which means one of the vertical prongs is horizontal). I couldn't find anything like this in my local home improvement stores so I ordered it here and feel great about the price and the item I received. It is SUPER heavy duty and is exactly what we needed and the perfect length! We've been using the sauna for a week now and I LOOOOOOOVE it! I can definitely recommend if you need an extension cord for a NEMA 5-20R appliance either indoors or outdoors. I sincerely hope this review has been helpful to someone else! And yes, I paid full price for it. Feel free to ask any questions!

its ok to buy this hose

this hose lasts as long as can be expected in Laughlin Nv with temperatures over 110 degrees in summer month .....july to august. so it lasts about 8 months here. its the nature of the beast. Ya just gotta know you will have to replace is soon. its as good as it gets.

Tough Extension Cord

This is a really nice extension cord for anyone with a 20 amp receptacle that needs to use an extension. Please ignore reviewers that have no clue what they're talking about when they buy a 20 amp extension cord and can't figure out why it can't be plugged into a 15 amp receptacle. Overall, it's stays somewhat mailable at way-too-cold Canadian temperatures. I was able to run several devices totaling 2200 watts through this without any hiccups or the cord heating up at all. I'm very happy with the durability and wouldn't hesitate to buy more for other uses.

Not the same as Amazon photos

Not sure why, but this item came with totally different plug connectors. It is a 12/3 gauge wire extension cord with the correct plug configuration, but connectors have a 2” diameter end. I had planned to use this with the Leviton 20amp power inlet, but not at this size. Aside from the oversized male/female connectors, it’s seems like a good quality cord. It’ll have to be modified in order to use it though. Heads up incase you’re purpose has size restrictions (like an inlet box).

Look(not so) good

After 3 day of using this cable I got it at 45 degree C on 16-17 continual amp on a 31c room I'll monitor to see if there is degradation of temperature so far so good edit: couple day later I have a ready of 67c on the cable,its write 105 on the cable but its seems to be degrading itself over that amperage. Im kind of worried of my securities with this product now. Try avoid this product since its seems to be a fire hazard for not supporting his awg amperage

Moves power

Perfect, I plug it in at the source and connect to where I want the power to go and then boom just like that there was power 50’ from where it used to be. Pretty decent if you ask me! Also the quality seems really good overall. We will see this winter though.

Excellent 20 amp extension cord

This is a "T-blade" extension cord for use only in 20-amp 120 volt T-slot receptacle. It will NOT plug into a standard 15-amp receptacle. I use it to plug into my 2000 Watt generator receptable and bring power where needed inside the house. Heavy duty cord, works well - no complaints.
