Life changing!

This shower head has changed our life! We had 2 other shower heads previously in less than 3 years, have had a plumber and furnace guy try to get us hotter water up 2 floors but no luck. Our temp read 97 or 98 degrees only. We lived going on vacation just to get a hot shower! What we needed was a bigger, more forceful stream! This shower head has given us 107 water temperature just because the water comes out faster!

No Leaks, No Complaints from the Water-Hogging Hubby

Even though the previous reviewer gave this a one star review, I decided to chance it since I needed two WaterSmart shower heads as part of a great rebate program. I prefer the hand-held units since it makes cleaning the tub and shower a lot easier. I installed one in less than 5 minutes, tightening all the joints by hand and with a wrench. No leaks. Water pressure is fine (as a native Californian, I'm used to weak water pressure.) In fact, when you put the device on the massage setting, the water pressure is pretty darn awesome. My only dilemma seems to be with Amazon. One of the showerheads was incorrect - they sent the wrong item (which I've never had happen before on Amazon.) Then the replacement was backordered. Got the replacement but it's missing the bracket that connects to the water spigot. Am awaiting another shipment. After a month, I'm hoping that I'll get the right configuration today.

looks arnt everything

The hose being metal was a great feature unlike most of the plastic hoses that tend to bend and flex with no rhyme or reason spraying water hither and yon. The metal attachment to the pipe was also a great improvement. The power was a severe disappointment. "5 adjustable jets producing 40 individual sprays with 12 massage spray jets" ill translate....its got 40 holes that shoot water or 12 holes that shoot the same amount of water just in slightly larger streams. it adjusts from 40 to 12...that's it. I think tomorrow ill see if I still have the head from my $12 plastic one and ill just put that onto the good parts.

Works well with low water pressure:

We have moved a couple of time and each new address we have installed these shower heads in the showers. Good product, fairly sturdy and not too heavy. Has good output pressure even when house water pressure is low.

Totally worth it.

Got a great deal on the 2.0 version and it doesn't matter whether its 2.0 or 2.5 when you remove the tiny flow control washer in the base, it is great looking and such a glorious wash with full control over how much water I want to use.
