Good But for the Tail

Update: Less than two days later my destructive puppy was tearing the fuzzy out and trying to eat it. Had to pull the fuzz out of her mouth. So we got a new puppy whose name should be Captain Destructor Destroyer of Toys. She’s a chewer and ripper. And destroys toys within hours so I was looking for toys she’s like and also beat up. After a google search o found that this company makes great toys for toy predators. I bought the elephant and gave it to her yesterday mid morning. By yesterday mid afternoon the fuzzy part of the tail was coming off so we cut it off so she wouldn’t eat it. This morning the tail was halfway off (see picture( so I cut that off too. The rest is still intact She loves the crinkle-y ears abd the big old squeaker in the middle. It’s the perfect size for her t shake, throw around and pounce on.

Toughest toys around!!!

After 30 years of shopping for dog toys & endless nights of sewing them back together, those days are over thanks to this brand of toys! These get taken outside where they are brutally tugged, twisted, snatched, tossed and shaken to no end by our 58lb black mouth cur & 80lb Shepherd Retriever mix. Most times they bring them back in the house but 2 of them they keep outside in the scorching Florida sun & rain & they're still tough as can be! The only damage these 2 toy punishers have managed to do is occasionally kill a squeaky inside (after about a year or more) & eventually the ones they will keep outside they have managed to get the black trim piece that goes around the outside edge to come off in a small section but it's still hanging on the toy flapping around smacking them in the face (which our black mouth cur love's,lol). I first bought 2 small ones (yellow duck & pink pig) Christmas 2020. They held up so well that a few months later I bought the fox, dog & purple gecko. We also have the gorilla, snake, green gator (their favorite right now), orange gecko, a 2nd duck, raccoon & a few others I can't think of right now. The glorious thing is I haven't had to sew a single toy in over 2 years & I don't have to worry about my girls getting too rough with them when playing & the best part is not having to worry about them defluffing them & ingesting it or choking on it especially when I'm not at home. I don't have to pick them up before leaving to ensure they are safe. They can continue to terrorize the house playing with these even when we're not there & the only thing I have to worry about is what are they going to break when they sling one of these across the room. This brand is the only brand of dog toy we buy now. We have not had to throw any of them that we've bought away either & the cost is perfect for the value that you definitely get!

Ripped day one

My 35lb mutt ripped this and broke the squeaker on the small panther day 1. Positive is that she absolutely loves it, I've never seen her go so wild for any other brand of toy.

“No Stuffing, No Mess!“?????

Apparently these words mean different things to different people/pets. I couldn’t fit all of the stuffing and fabric shredded and distributed throughout my living room into one picture. That being said, my pup enjoyed it (albeit briefly).

Not great for heavy chewers

My dog is the definition of heavy chewer. She got through this to the squeaker within a few days, which is longer than most toys last. I think the size of it makes it harder to pin down with her paws? Anyways, design is cute. It just didn’t last!

Lasted 4 months

It took 4 months but my bichon finally got in by pulling out the strings. He normally can destroy a toy from the pet store in a day or two so for me this toy works. He does whip it against the floor and take everywhere when at home. I will buy again.

Dog loves it

It's sturdy and the dog loves it. That's all that matters. Love watching her get it and poke her nose at it to get it to squeak.

do not use this company

Toy lasted 5 mins very poor quality not tough as described. Very disappointing response from seller. I wrote to them explaining the situation and they told me to return the item, at my own expense, for a refund. Which they then refused to honour. Amazon A-Z did give me a refund when I raised the issue but I am still out of pocket by the cost of the return postage and packaging. Very poor customer service, misleading item description and misleading advice re return. I note many other customers have found the product description misleading. The fact that you made me return the item at my own cost then refused to refund is very poor customer relations I would not use your company again and advise other potential customers to steer clear

Very unsafe

I bought this for my dog, thinking I was buying something tougher which had last long. He's a wire-haired dachshund and within half an hour he'd torn big hole in, taken out one of the plastic squeakers and was chewing on it. Never again!

Really Tough

I had to get this from the US. Pets at home used to sell them but now have a blue snake which is very similar but the seams are not so tough. It has lots of squeakers and my shepherd who is tough on toys took ages to gnaw his way through part of the first one which he is still using. So we were so impressed we bough a back up. Arrives pretty quick considering from abroad.

Excellent toy for my 2 dogs.

My dogs love these toys and they can last a long time even with rough play. I ordered 2 but the post office lost them, the seller was I emailed the seller who promptly offered a refund or re-sent. I opted for a re-sent and have received the items. Excellent, speedy service. I will definitely buy again.

Not for aggressive chewer

I have a staffie and she took about 2 hours to destroy this toy . It is well made but not for an aggressive chewer. Will carry on search for a toy that will last
