Commercial grade, it works perfectly, very strong wrap. Highly recommend. Pipe was leaking for years. Tried other products but still small leakage. This product is very strong design, it hold very tight to the pipe, the nuts and bolts are like car part strong. It grap the pipe perfectly. Stop the leak right away.

Works great

I’ve used this product 3 times on 50 year old 1” galvanized pipe , and it worked every time after other attempts didn’t.

Wont work on 1/2 copper line

I clamped it on a 1/2 copper line and you could see daylight where the pinhole was. Probably will work on 3/4...but I didnt try it.

Revising my original review...

Revising my original review. Changing to 5 stars. After removing clamp I found that I no longer had a pin hole but a hole the size of a nickel. Since I didn't want to replace a seven foot piece of 1 1/2 pipe I kept readjusting the clamp. I was finally able to get it in a position to where it didn't leak. I kept tightening the carriage bolt on clamp to the point I was afraid I was going to break the bolt. At this point it seems to be working.

China Junk! Go back to your original supplier!

I bought two of these in a span of one week from this supplier. The first one worked great, the second one was back ordered. It is clear that the second one came from a different supplier. The retaining bolt did not fit, nor was it long enough for an inch and a half pipe. Very little surface area when it came to sealing surface. You could tell that the China Supplier tried to make the retaining bolt work/fit, because you could see where they had to grind on it. We also had to take a die grinder to make the bolt fit. This clamp could not even stop the static water leak (zero pressure), much less anything with pressure behind it. Waste of money and time. I cannot recommend these new clamps. Stop buying junk from China!
