Good tool bag, lots of good pockets. Top pocket holds a speed square perfectly.

I use it for construction (general contractor company) we do everything from flooring, new construction, old remodels, fixing homeowner building mistakes, plumbing, drywall, demolition, work in crawl spaces, building roofs, etc. Basically we do everything. It has enough pockets to hold a speed square perfectly, my phone, a flathead screwdriver (prying) side cutters, lineman pliers, pencils, nail set, utility knife, tape measure. That's my daily setup on in this bag space for more depending on the job. So far it has been great and works for what I need. I use a ToughBuilt tool bag that is easily removable with a clip for my other large bag when I want it on my belt.

Works great for me

I normally wear a pouch on my left side and a hammer hook on the right side. This pouch is great as the knife pockets are deep enough unlike other brands. The loop thing on the front is great also to hold my shears as when i pull them out I want them to be open. The back little pockets I rarely use but the nail pockets are nice and large. I could do without the top one though. I have to buy another one because I left this one on a jobsite somewhere.

Best I've found

Everything is there in this design. The fabric feels softer than some others feeling too stiff and plasticky. It also feels durable. My old CLC wore out but lasted at least 8 years and is still usable if trashed. T here are 4 pouches with the bottom pocket high enough to not have to stretch for it. There are enough places for pens, tools, fasteners etc... and of all the pouches I looked at, and a few I sent back, this one is the best.

Sturdy Material

Product works as described. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it will not work for a short person. I am 5’11” and my hammer hangs close to the ground. However, as an electrical/electronic worker this is great for me, but maybe not for a carpenter. Very durable material. As described, it does not come with a belt. Make sure you either order one or have one already.

CLC 11 Pocket Bag 1620

I bought this bag as a replacement for an identical bag that wore out. These bags hold a lot of stuff. The only problem I've had with them is that the back of the loop that goes over the work belt tears out. It would be perfect if they triple stitched that area or something. There are rivets back there but they just rip right out. On my last bag I set extra rivets, but that was after I discovered that two of the three rivets had torn out. I'd still buy another one though. It's the only pouch I can fit all my gear in. I'm a surveyor and I have a lot of pencils, highlighters, scales, a calculator, paint cans, templates...and I cut the stitching on the two little pencil pockets so I can fit felt markers and keel holders in there. I can even fit a plumb bob in there but, fortunately, don't have to do that too often any more.

Pouch works great, exactly as advertised

Pouch is great, no complaints at all, exactly what I expected and the pouch arrangement is logical and intuitive in placement. I have used it for about 3 days now up on a ladder replacing hardware on a screen enclosure. I paired it with the cordless drill holster (CLC 5023 Deluxe Cordless Poly Drill Holster,...) and together they are the BOMB for getting the job done without 40 trips up and down the ladder. I use a 2" wide belt for them both , gets a bit heavy on the waist but thats no fault of the tool holders- its all my 'stuff'.....

Basic product delivers as advertised.

Seems durable thus far. No major issues aside from the upper pockets. Fetching objects from the upper pocket can be difficult, especially screws, so I've reserved them for impact bits and framing nails I can grab easily. Bag is a good size, doesn't have a large profile that grabs door frames or attic openings. So far so good.
