Concentrates the embers and flanes
This fire pit really cranks out the heat once you get a good base of embers. This fire pit does a fantastic job of keeping the embers and flames concentrated which adds to the overal heat output of this firepit. It also means you do not have to adjust logs very often. It really uses up almost every part of the log leaving you not a whole lot of ash to deal with. I was also very impressed with the gauge of steel used in the construction of this firepit. It definitely seems like it will be durable. What I read helps best with keeping a firepit from rusting to pieces is to keep it dry and spray it down with cooking oil after each use. Do that and you will enjoy this firepit for a good long time. I paid 294.00 for this fire pit and at 24.5 inches in diameter it’s a deal when comparing it to the solostove 19.5”. I also really appreciated the fact that I received a fire poker and a spark screen as part of the deal. We researched several fire pits in this class and settled upon the blue sky Peak as our choice. I have no buyers remorse at this point.

Instant family favorite!
This thing is amazing! It’s an instant family favorite and so easy to startup and use! We’ve left it out all winter and still no rust! We’ve had a ton of different fire pits but one you get this baby going there’s almost 0 smoke! Can’t say enough how great this fire pit is for Friday nights with family and friends!

Nice flame and heat without a lot of smoke
This fire pit is perfect for our backyard. Once the fire gets going there is hardly any smoke and it’s warm enough to sit around. We bought the 24” because it’s just two of us but four people would be comfortable around this one. It’s heavy to lift off when cleaning out the ashes and we had to turn it on it’s side to unlock the tray for cleaning. Overall it’s a really nice fire pit and looks good too.

Customer Service is truly lacking...
I have not even used the product, it's been outside on my patio for a couple of months since I've been waiting for the company customer service to answer my inquiry, any of the 3 I have sent. I can't deal directly with Amazon since any customer service is directed to the manufacturer. The lid came dented, so much that it can't be ignored. Wanted to see if I could get a replacement, have pictures, etc., and nothing. Product looks solid, the cover works well. How it performs? I really don't know. Don't have much downtime so figured I'd go with this product for a quick fire, even if it was two logs. Should you buy it? I did and look at where I'm at. The rating I am giving is for my experience with the manufacturer thus far.

Missing parts
It was in excellent condition when it arrived. Very nice looking fire pit. However, it was missing parts, the eye bolt for the Spark screen and screen lift. I tried congaing the manufacturer to have them send me the missing parts. To date, there has been no response. I am very disappointed in their customer service.

Not happy with experience
This pit arrived with damage to the box. The pit was also damaged (bent) but not beyond repair. I decided to fix it to avoid further time delay with shipping back and waiting for replacement. I pulled back the bent metal with ease which already caused me concern how easy it was to bend and pull back. Material is very thin. I used the pit and simply unhappy with it. After one use the paint was already burning through the metal. This will rust in no time. I attempted to return it within the return time frame, I provided photos of damage (date stamped day of delivery) and my reasons for return. I was advised that if I return this product I’ll have to pay for shipping and restocking fee. The restocking fee is 50% of the cost of item. Was also accused that there is no way of knowing if I didn’t cause the damage myself to it. WOW! What customer service! Very unhappy with the experience and how my concerns were handled. Looks like they do not stand behind their product at all. Spent $640 on this which I now consider wasted. If you are considering this product, I would advise you against it based on my experience and lack of customer service.
