Industry standard soft block

Every body man I've ever worked with has at least one of these. This will be my third. First one grew legs, second one held up pretty well for years until the latest trainee parked an F550 on it for a weekend. Still worked ok for the most part but it was deformed just enough to leave a slight dig in the center. Might as well replace it.

Excellent Sanding Block for Automotive Body Work

They had ONE of these in the auto body shop where I took classes. Everyone wanted it, so it was hard to get and keep. I bought my own and I am so glad I did. This is outstanding for detail work and gently curved surfaces: anywhere you don't want a hard block. For blocking, get something else, but I use this for working filler in those awkward curved places. I love it.

Of a perfect density material. Nice size. Requires self-adhesive sandpaper.

The real thing for sanding!

This is the best sanding block you will ever use. Ergonomic and also very well designed to hold the paper. Make sure you put your name on it indelibly if you are going to use it in a shop -- they tend to walk away if left on the table!

3M quality - highly recommend

This is another expensive 3M product that is worth every penny. Feels really good in your hand and will probably last forever. You need to buy the stick on sandpaper roles as well.

Worth the money

Seems like a high price, but it isn't. Just the right stiffness for careful sanding. The base surface holds PSA paper well and releases it just as well with no residue left on the block. Comfortable to use.
