Most comfortable duty belt around, period.
This is by far the most comfortable duty belt I've ever owned. I was a bit nervous at first about how thick the belt is, due to the padding, but I had no trouble getting all of my Bianchi Accumold gear (handcuff holders/magazine pouches/flashlight holder) to fit, and the thickness of the belt actually assists with keeping everything in place when I remove the belt. My Blackhawk Serpa Taser holster, Porta-Clip Radio holder, Monadnock baton holster, and Safariland ALS/SLS gun holster also all fit without any issues. The ability to fine-tune the tightness/fit of the belt is amazing, and even if you have a good overlap from the tips of the belt, this doesn't restrict the usable space on the belt, as you can slide items all the way to the edges by pushing them past the velcro. No worries about the belt coming lose when you do this, as the pressure from the nylon loops keeps the sides secure. Pro tip: order one size larger than actual fitment for your waist size, unless you happen to be on the extreme small side of the spectrum that the belt is measured for.

First one lasted 6 years
Had the same belt before and after 6 years of constant wear and tear it finally started to break down. The Previous belt was well worth whatever I paid for it years ago and I definitely got my money's worth. I really like the padded belt and it seems to help distribut the weight and doesn't leave me feeling so sore like the leather use to. I carry a three mag pouch, holster with flock and light attachment, expandable batton, key clip, two cuff cases, flashlight, radio, OC spray, and a taser. This belt has no issues with all the gear, long hours and constant abuse. It holds up well and the air pillows seem to help with weight distribution.

Excellent duty belt! Bianchi quality every time!
If you are looking for an excellent duty belt this is is. Bianchi makes high quality products all around that have been time and use tested. This belt in particular has the internal padding that serves two functions: more comfortable fit and holding items in place. Initially when you get the belt its either going to take yourself and a lot of tugging or a tag-team to put everything on the belt because let me tell you movement/placement of belt gear is a tight fit! But once you get it in place it is good to go without any keepers, unless you like the reassurance of course. In combination with the inner belt this belt is a part of the "perfect" every day setup in my opinion. Great company, great product.

Great Product - They Run Small to True to Size
I ordered this for my boyfriend who is a Paramedic and also in the Military. He loves the belt and talks very highly about the support it offers and how his pants don't fall down from the weight of everything he has to put on the belt. He has a size 39" waist and is on the slim side so I ordered him a size 38-40 and it barely fit. We remeasured him to see if perhaps his waist grew and it didn't. It still measured 39". They run very true to size (if not a little small) with no wiggle room so we had order the next size up - 40-42. That size fit much better.

Used and Still Quality......
I bought this for $50, didnt need it anymore and returned it and then my situation changed so I looked into a used one for $18. Turns out it was the exact same one and I know this cuz I accidentally left one of my very distinctive belt keepers on it when I was trying it on and mistakenly sent it back. LOL. Thanks Amazon. Great deal and a quality well made product. Strong buckle, strong nylon.

Horrible belt. DON’T BUY!
Already falling apart and I have owned this belt less then 3 months. The only thingholding the belt together is the gear on the belt used often for law enforcement duties. Not very pleased with this belt. Not the first time I’ve had problems with bianchi. I now have to look into an additional cost of buying a new belt and waiting for it to come in. Hopefully I won’t have the same problems with the new belt. Not buying bianchi belts again. Not satisfied.

Bianchi is a great product to own!
Very pleased with this duty belt. It gives great support if you have or get lower back pain throughout the day. It is a thick belt that is very durable and will hold your gun, magazines.... with ease. Is it a little on the expensive side, yes, but, very well worth it especially if you put in long hours each day like me. I was skeptical at first to buy this particular belt, today I am so glad I made that investment.

Slightly annoying because it isn't clear in the picture
The belt is well designed. The hard plastic clip on the front of the belt appears to have some sort of defect, it doesn't seem to click in firmly so there's a little bit of wiggle and clicks if you fiddle with it while its on. I was also surprised to see the Velcro on the inside of the belt Is the soft type, so my inner belt wouldn't stick. Slightly annoying because it isn't clear in the picture.
