Excellent Build Quality - DOES fold to fit in case!

The media could not be loaded. I like this tool because it has just about all you'll need. The thing I saw everyone was stumped about was the fact that the tool didn't fit in the case. This made no sense to me so I struggled to figure out how to move the handles to fold them, since it seemed clear to me that they were indeed designed to do so. Turns out while I was showing this tool to mt fiancee that she grabbed it and pulled hard on the handles in an outward direction - I got really worried she'd break my new multitool - but suddenly the handles gave and she folded it up no problem, and said, "There". Haha. SO, yeah, just pull outwards on the red handles, don't worry about breaking them, as this is really well built, and they'll give; then, pull them up and around to enfold the pliers, and then push the handles together - don't worry, the spring in the pliers won't break. All in all, this multitool has an excellent design and feels good and heavy, substantial in the hand. Has most tools you'll need, minus, say, one of the specialty line tools or knot-tying contraptions of a Gerber or Rapala, but those two are sorta one-trick ponies, whereas this does a few things well. Don't have a tripod or anything, so on the video I had to one-hand it, but I hope it shows clearly how to fold to fit in case. Just pull hard outwards on both handles, you'll have the tool fitting in the case and on your belt in no time, trust me. Cheers!

Great design, terrible quality

This is a really well thought out fishing tool with a lot of nice features (crankbait tuner, etc). The issue is that it’s so cheap. My first one would not actually retain the spring, which fell out every time I tried to use it. I sent it back before it happened in a boat or on a bank somewhere. The replacement has not had that issue yet but the pliers have lots of play in them where the first one was nice and tight. For the price I guess this is to be expected. I am going to throw it in my tackle bag but I don’t see it lasting long before something else breaks. I would gladly pay more for a higher quality tool with the features this one has if I could find one.

Light duty only

I bought this tool for use at work where I'm a cook. I had used it about a month for opening boxes and industrial sized containers of butter and mayonnaise, but when I tried using the wire cutter to remove a broken piece from a whisk, the whisk won. The pliers or something in the spring assist bent, and the tool no longer works. If you're going to spend $18 for a tool like this, try to find something a bit sturdier.

Pouch is too small for tool

Product seems OK but very disappointing it does not fit in the pouch or at least the patch cannot close if the tool is inside?? Also spring fell out when I opened the package. All this before I started using the product!

Don't buy it!!!

I don't like because I can't close it to put it into the pouch. Poor design. It falls of the pouch when is used in the belt.
