Expecting many good trips

Replaced an older Delsey bag that I have had for over a decade with this one. The old wheels were finally giving up the fight. This bag has been very useful. It is easy to move, and with the 4 spinners, it is very maneuverable. All the construction I have come to appreciate from Delsey. The new handle expands and collapses easily. Its different shape seems to give it more rigidity.

Delsey- Most Undervalued Luggage

As a Travel Agent who takes a minimum of 4-6 international trips annually, I am ALWAYS in search of the best travel value. Delsey, BY FAR, is the BEST luggage for any type of travel. First, and best, IMO are the compartments and pockets. The durability of the zippers, easy cleaning ( like a naugahide teflon-like surface), rollability (?), and the beloved raised handle. I have many sizes of Delsey, ( under the seat bag, garment bag and of course the 3 traditionals.) Not sure if I'll find a better brand, because WHEN WILL THESE WEAR OUT??? P.S. this is my 2nd set, passing the first on to my son... so it's generational Delsey....

Holds a lot!

Seems a little bigger that 24” but it’s a good suitcase. You will have to check it though.

Good amount of space for carry-on

The carry-on has a good amount of room. I like that there is a side handle as well as a top one. My only reason for not rating it 5 is that I cannot register the luggage for the warranty or to make use of the tracking QR code affixed to the bag. It requires a code that is supposed to be on a document inside the bag. I bought 2 of these, and neither bag had the information insert with the required codes so I don't know if this was repackaged and that held out for some reason or why that would be missing. Makes me wonder a bit about the authenticity, but the bag does seem nice.

I Wanted to Love It

This is such a handsomely cute piece of luggage. I purchased the under-the-seat luggage to match. Both pieces look great, but they were not functional. The medium-sized checked piece did not handle well at all. The handle on the medium-checked piece was entirely too shaky. I had to handle this piece with kit gloves. I wanted to love it but I did not believe it would last until the end of the trip. I love the under-the-seat matching piece, though it does not hold a lot of clothing.

Nice Bag But Too Large

I love Delsey bags but was mislead by the description for the large bag stating t was 28 inches which I presumed to be the exterior height. That is wrong. It is actually 31 inches in height so the 28 inches refers to the interior packable height. This bag is much too large for me to maneuver on European trains so I will be returning it and looking for a smaller size. Update: the 31inch height includes the wheels.

Not left in my mailbox

The bag came two days early and as described. It is actually lighter than the Samsonite one I have. This one is for my daughter who needs one this size. It has nice front zip pockets and a shallow one on the top corner. It seems sturdy. The retractable handle doesn't come up as high as I thought it would but the wheels work very well. I think this should do the trick for her as an overhead compartment bag.

Unimpressive and disappointing

The stitching is uneven, one is the side zips does not open and the smallest piece is nothing like that shown in the photo. I'd return the whole lot, but it is too much effort to re-pack it all and get the box to the post office. On the whole, tacky and does not live up to the Delsey brand. The single star is awarded because the suitcases are light.
