Lamp shade is incorrectly assembled!

This "uno"-style lamp shade sits too low on my small table lamp and leaves the bulb poking out above the top of the shade. Upon comparing this lamp shade to the broken one it's replacing, the reason is clear: These Aspen Creative lamp shades are being incorrectly assembled! As shown in my photos, the circular piece which sits on the lampshade is attached to the three prongs upside down when compared to my old lamp shade. The old circular piece, correctly oriented, fits high on the lamp column, but when flipped over in the upside-down orientation of the Aspen Creative shade I received, it sits significantly lower. In Aspen Creative's actual product image, the shade is correctly assembled with the circular piece properly oriented, but the real product is obviously being misassembled in Vietnam where these lamp shades are manufactured. Very disappointing, especially for $26.
