POOR QUALITY AND POOR COMPAY

BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT AND WITHIN 6 MONTHS USE, HEATER COILS BURNT OUT. COMPANY IS IN CANADA AND VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH EVEN WITH WARRANTY. STILL DON'T HAVE A REPLACEMENT AND DON'T RECOMMEND PRODUCT.

2 weeks and it blew

While the heater worked for the 2 weeks it was ok. Nothing great as for the wattage used you would think it would produce more heat, but it did the job. Unfortunately it looks like a fuse either blew or it shorted within about 2 weeks and maybe 20 hours of use later it was dead.

Don't buy! We haven't even owned it a year and it already stopped working! Paid alot of money and it was not worth it! Very disappointed.

Does its job

I actually bought the used unit from Amazon. I have had tremendous luck with buying open boxes, minor cosmetic damages, etc. Saves a TON of money and really the unit appears brand new to me. Anyways, it come with one of the cables tangled or crossed as one other customer had the same issue. It was VERY easy to fix...simply unscrew the cable from the lid, untangle it and screw it back in. Literally took me 2 minutes. The unit does what it is supposed to do, though I do not see 3 temp settings as the description states, I only have 2. Really it isn't that big of a deal. We have a 10' x 12' gazebo on our back deck. While it does not heat to the point of being toasty warm if sitting anywhere in the gazebo, it definitely makes it more enjoyable during the evening (we live on the West Coast of Canada). The highest heat setting does provide a very bright light, so the LED light isn't needed when using the heater. If just using the LED light, it isn't all that bright, more of a mood setting more than anything. The remote is very straight forward to use and is convenient. This has definitely met our expectations and would recommend this unit to anyone.

100% every penny

Oh man. I have 3 heaters I use in my garage all year round. I needed to have them on at full blast just during the end of summer to keep my garage heated. Now I can leave them off because of this! It works beyond great to the point I don't need it on full and it's only by itself to cool an insulated 2 car garage (game room)

Defective .. no response from seller

The item is defective as the wire as seen in picture won’t un tangle??? I wasn’t informed that there was a problem with wires before purchase. Will contact seller/ Amazon

Ok, but some misinformation in the amazon description.

The item hangs easily, there are only 2 power modes not 3 as stated in the information. It only heats a small area of my patio, so for that it seems to be ok.

Ok - for price

Hung it on our deck. You need to be within 2 feet of it or under it to feel heat. The remote is a nice feature and can be used for just light as well
