Two times a charm.

First one arrived with broken glass. Second one arrived in tact but slithery bent...we made it work and it does lay flat on the wall with some weight on it.

Bait and switch very unhappy with this Vendor

I ordered (2) 22” inch glass shelves A few weeks ago. One of the shelves was broken and the other one was a 16 inch instead of a 22 inch. I tried to re-order But they are no longer unavailable. At first I thought the 16 inch must’ve been what I ordered by mistake but Was obviously a switch made by the manufacture. I tried to figure out a way to contact the manufacturer but it’s not allowing me to I would love to have an opportunity to talk with them. At the moment I’m very unsatisfied.

Horrible manufacturing and shipping

This was shipped to me already manufactured wrong, the glass and brackets were installed in the wrong order, so it didn’t work at all, plus it didn’t fit correctly in the packaging so the glass during shipping. Horrible quality control. Unfortunately I didn’t open the package when received due to bathroom remodel and by the time it came to hang it up it was too late to return.

Arrived damaged. Seems like a pattern.

If the product wasn’t damaged I would probably give it 4 stars. Quality for the price was reasonable. I was able to repair the item such that it is good enough to keep. Returning a large item is a pain. I would not buy again.
